樱宿烧肉源自日本，引入国内，打造居酒屋式的纯正日式风格餐厅，第一店址首选北京这座包容万象的美食之城。

设计师齐权倾力打磨，“让它生长在城市一隅，装满故事，静静守候，随时欢迎老友推门而入”。

Originating in Japan, Cherry Suite Barbecued Meat was introduced into China to create a pure Japanese style restaurant like a wine house. The first place to choose is Beijing, a city of all-embracing delicacies.

Designers work hard to polish, "Let it grow in a corner of the city, full of stories, waiting quietly, always welcome old friends to open the door."

对于进入国内的第一家店，业主尤其谨慎，为而后纷至沓来的加盟商打开局面，让原汁原味的樱宿烧肉文化落地生根。

For the first store in China, the owner is particularly cautious, opening up a situation for the franchisees who come in succession, so that the original Sakura roast meat culture takes root.

建筑主体结构狭长，挑空不高，长方形格局纵深方向可塑造性极强。设计师从建筑的气质禀赋出发，结合樱宿烧肉悠久的餐饮历史，决定赋予项目本身一种“百年老店的气质”。

The main structure of the building is long and narrow, the void is not high, and the depth direction of the rectangular pattern is very shaping. Starting from the temperament endowment of the building, the designer decided to endow the project itself with the temperament of a century-old shop, combining with the long history of Cherry Suite roast meat.

店主人带着他的子孙家人共同经营，放弃现代日式高高在上的仪式感和约束感，用满满的生活气息将这里填满。

The shopkeeper, with his grandchildren and his family, managed the business together, giving up the ritual and restraint sense of modern Japanese style, and filling it with the full breath of life.

穿过日式花园小景，推开木门，可见规整而方正的室内布局。

利用狭长的空间，设计师打通了纵深方向的主要通道，餐区在通道两侧排列，利用地台创造丰富的步行体验感，餐位围绕着吧台排布，开放式与私密式座位互为补充。

食客和服务人员的动线经过严格计算，既减少反复性的往来又能避免不必要对冲。

Crossing the Japanese garden landscape and pushing open the wooden door, we can see the regular and square interior layout.

Using the narrow space, the designer opens the main passageway in the deep direction. The dining area is arranged on both sides of the passageway, and the platform is used to create a rich sense of walking experience. The dining places are arranged around the bar. The open and private seats complement each other.

After rigorous calculation, the movement lines of diners and service personnel can not only reduce repetitive exchanges, but also avoid unnecessary hedging.

木、石、竹、布越是自然的材质在时间的打磨中越加泛出温润的光泽，低调而平和，展示出整个项目的气质基调。

鲜明的日系灯笼，各种照片和牌匾装饰沿用传统做法，精心布置，食客极易被带入富感染力的故事情节中。

Wood, stone, bamboo and cloth are more and more natural materials in the grinding of time with a warm luster, low-key and peaceful, showing the temperament tone of the whole project.

Bright Japanese lanterns, photographs and plaques adorned in traditional ways, carefully arranged, and easy to be brought into the appealing story.

下班之后，都市人群涌入店内，安静被热烈和喧嚣取代，吧台边可欣赏大厨虔诚地对待每一片新鲜食材，近乎完美地追求味蕾的享受。

After work, the city crowds rushed into the shop, quiet was replaced by warmth and noise, the bar side can enjoy the chef piously treat each piece of fresh food, almost perfect pursuit of taste bud enjoyment.

拥簇感的布局，热闹而亲密，往往具有引人入胜的治愈力，就像窄小的深夜食堂，用美食打开了一道通往情感宣泄出口，安抚了多少孤独的夜晚。

Cluster layout, lively and intimate, often has a fascinating healing power, like a narrow late-night canteen, with gourmet food opened an outlet to emotional vent, pacifying how many lonely nights.

设计师齐权说道，热烈的氛围中又掺杂带着一点私密性，灯光幽暗环境优雅内敛，一碗面，一杯酒，这是归家后的日常，构成了生活本来的踏实富足。

 Designer Qiquan said that the warm atmosphere is mixed with a little privacy, graceful and restrained lighting dim environment, a bowl of noodles, a glass of wine, which is the daily life after returning home, constituting the original solid wealth of life.
